Job summary

Giacom in the United Kingdom seeks a strategic Business Manager to report to the CTO and drive alignment across the Technology leadership team. You will translate strategy into action, govern leadership priorities, and prepare executive materials to support critical decisions.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, managing governance, risks and delivery across technology initiatives, while ensuring clear, compelling communications for board and investor updates.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior executives in a Business Manager, Chief of Staff, EA, Programme Manager or similar role.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate strategy into action.
• Experience producing high-quality Board, Executive or investor-facing materials.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence senior leaders.
• Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential matters.
• Experience operating within a technology, software, SaaS, engineering or product-led environment.
• An understanding of technology delivery, roadmaps, governance and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience supporting large-scale leadership teams, transformation programmes or high-growth organisations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CTO to manage priorities, drive strategic initiatives and support key business decisions.
• Provide governance and ensure actions, decisions and commitments are tracked through to completion.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas and briefing materials, maintaining visibility of risks and blockers.
• Produce Board, Executive and investor-ready presentations, reports and updates.
• Turn complex technology and engineering information into clear, concise, commercially relevant communications.
• Manage communications on behalf of the CTO, including inbox prioritisation and stakeholder engagement.
• Build strong relationships across Technology and the wider business to improve collaboration and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve how the Technology leadership team operates and communicates.
