Job summary

Gartner, Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks a Managing Partner to lead a world-class Strategy Consulting team focused on IT Strategy and Transformation for TMT clients.

Hybrid UK arrangement, with collaborative engagement across telecoms and high-tech sectors, driving value through strategy formulation, execution and governance, while expanding GTM, proposals and partner development. Senior leadership with global impact and a track record in complex transformations is required.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience from a top management consulting firm.
• MBA qualification desirable.
• Skilled in technology transformation and change, with experience of successful transformation from planning to delivery.
• Knowledge in Operating Model design, Architecture (Enterprise/Business), Process and Organisation Design.
• Understanding of the High-Tech industry, ideally MSPs.
• Experience developing GTM strategy and contributing to sales pursuits and proposals.
• IT Strategy, Execution and Value Realisation aligned to technology areas.
• Expertise with strategic consulting frameworks and financial principles.
• Alignment with Technology practices areas such as Digital Transformation, Cloud Strategy, Applications Modernization, Data/Analytics/AI, Sourcing, Cyber Security.

Responsibilities

• Join our Strategy Consulting team to work with telecom and high-tech organisations to transform and improve their businesses.
• Lead IT strategy formulation, execution, and value realisation for C-suite initiatives.
• Develop GTM strategies and contribute to proposals and sales pursuits.
• Collaborate on operating model, architecture, process and organisation design for transformations.
