The role involves supporting Radiographers and Radiologists, rotating across all scanners, and providing compassionate patient care throughout the CT journey.

Training in venepuncture and cannulation available; band progression from Band 2 to Band 3 may be required depending on qualifications and experience.

• Provide good quality personalised care in accordance with agreed local and national standards.
• Assist to maintain patient safety, conforming to health, safety and security legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining standards of care and practice by recognising, respecting and meeting the needs and choices of individuals.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean and productive environment, compliant with standards for hygiene and cleanliness.
• Maintain and develop own competence.
