Danny Sullivan Group in Oxfordshire is recruiting an experienced CSCS Labourer to join major construction projects at RAF Brize Norton. You will support trades, carry out general labouring duties and help maintain a safe, organised site.

The role offers weekly pay, enhanced overtime, night and weekend rates, and long‑term work with ongoing opportunities in a MOD environment. A valid CSCS Labourer card is essential.

CSCS Labourer - £14.12 per hour PAYE

Long-term opportunity at RAF Brize Norton

Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting an experienced CSCS Labourer to join major construction and infrastructure projects at RAF Brize Norton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, hardworking Labourer looking for long-term work, weekly pay and enhanced rates for overtime, nights and weekends.

You'll be supporting major infrastructure and construction works within a significant Ministry of Defence environment, with ongoing opportunities expected throughout 2026 and beyond.

Pay rates - PAYE

• Basic hourly pay
• £14.12/hr
• Overtime rate
• After 10 hours
• £17.65/hr
• Night rate
• 7pm-7am
• £18.78/hr
• Weekend rate
• £21.18/hr
• Pay frequency
• Weekly pay

Working pattern

7 days on / 2 days off, or

12 days on / 2 days off

What you'll be doing

As a CSCS Labourer, you'll play an important role in keeping the site safe, organised and running efficiently.

• Carrying out general labouring duties across the site.
• Assisting tradespeople and other site operatives.
• Loading, unloading and moving construction materials.
• Maintaining clean, tidy and hazard-free work areas.
• Assisting with deliveries, site preparation and waste removal.
• Supporting the set-up and maintenance of work areas.
• Using basic tools and equipment where trained and authorised.
• Following all site health and safety rules and MOD procedures.
• Reporting hazards and unsafe conditions promptly.

What you'll need

• A valid CSCS Labourer card.
• Previous experience working on a construction or civil engineering site.
• A good understanding of site health and safety.
• A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• The ability to work the advertised shift patterns.
• Experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
