Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting a CSCS Labourer to join long-term construction and infrastructure projects at RAF Brize Norton. The role supports the site team with general duties, health and safety, and on-site deliveries on a major MOD programme.

We offer weekly pay, long-term, ongoing work and opportunities to gain valuable site experience on nationally significant infrastructure work. Candidates must have a CSCS Labourer card and good safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Labourer card.
• Experience working as Labourer on construction or civil site.
• Good understanding of site health & safety.
• Experience with construction materials, plant and machinery.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work as part of a busy site team.
• Experience on large projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labouring duties across the site.
• Assist skilled trades and site operatives as required.
• Load, unload and move materials around site.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and hazard-free.
• Assist with deliveries and movement of materials.
• Support site preparation and general construction activities.
• Operate basic tools where trained and authorised.
• Set up and maintain work areas.
• Follow site health & safety procedures at all times.
• Report hazards and near misses immediately.
• Assist with waste removal and good housekeeping.
