Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting experienced Cleaners to join long-term infrastructure projects at RAF Brize Norton, with work planned to continue for the next five years.

The role offers competitive PAYE rates, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime and night shifts within a secure project environment. A CSCS card and site inductions are required.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean welfare facilities, offices, site cabins and communal areas.
• Clean toilets, washrooms and welfare facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust designated areas.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste per site procedures.
• Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards across the site.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards or unsafe conditions to site management.
• Follow all site health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Work with the wider site team to support daily operations.

Cleaner - Long-Term Opportunity at RAF Brize Norton

Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting experienced Cleaners to join long-term infrastructure projects at RAF Brize Norton, with work expected to continue for the next five years.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals seeking long-term work, competitive PAYE rates and weekly pay while supporting major Ministry of Defence infrastructure projects.

With a substantial programme of works planned over the coming years, this role offers the potential for ongoing work, regular earning opportunities and the chance to become part of an established site team.

Working Pattern

• 7 days on / 2 days off

• 12 days on / 2 days off

Working patterns and shift allocation will depend on project requirements.

Pay Rates - PAYE

• Standard Rate: £14.12
• Overtime Rate (after 10 hours): £17.65
• Night Rate (7pm-7am): £18.78
• Weekend Rate (all weekend hours): £21.18

• Weekly pay via PAYE.

• Applicable rates depend on the shift worked and the agreed pay arrangements.

Your Role as a Cleaner

As a Cleaner, you will help maintain a clean, safe and hygienic working environment across the site.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning welfare facilities, offices, site cabins and communal areas.

• Cleaning and replenishing toilets, washrooms and welfare facilities.

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting designated areas.

• Emptying bins and disposing of waste in accordance with site procedures.

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site.

• Reporting maintenance issues, hazards or unsafe conditions to site management.

• Following all site health, safety and environmental procedures.

• Working effectively with the wider site team to support daily operations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for candidates who are dependable, take pride in their work and can maintain high standards in a busy site environment.

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred, ideally within construction or an industrial environment.

• A good understanding of health and safety and hygiene standards.

• A reliable, hardworking and self-motivated attitude.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good attention to detail.

• The ability to work in a busy construction site environment.

Important Site Information

• A CSCS card is required for this role. If you don't already have one, this will be organised with Danny Sullivan Group before you start work.

• Candidates must provide identification, right-to-work documentation and an email address as part of the onboarding process.

• Additional checks may be required in line with MOD site procedures.
