Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting CSCS Cleaners for long-term infrastructure work at RAF Brize Norton, with weekly PAYE pay and rates from £14.12 to £21.18 per hour depending on shift. This role supports MoD infrastructure projects and offers ongoing work for up to five years.

We seek dependable, hardworking individuals who can maintain high standards on a busy construction site and work well either independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, ideally within construction or an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning welfare facilities, offices, site cabins and communal areas.
• Cleaning and replenishing toilets, washrooms and welfare facilities.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting designated areas.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site.
• Reporting maintenance issues, hazards or unsafe conditions to site management.
• Following all site health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Working effectively with the wider site team to support daily operations.

CSCS Cleaner - Full-Time - RAF Brize Norton

£14.12 per hour, Up to £21.18 per hour PAYE | Weekly Pay | Long-Term Work

Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting Cleaners to join long-term infrastructure projects at RAF Brize Norton, with work expected to continue for the next five years.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals seeking long-term work, competitive PAYE rates and weekly pay while supporting major Ministry of Defence infrastructure projects.

With a substantial programme of works planned over the coming years, this role offers the potential for ongoing work, regular earning opportunities and the chance to become part of an established site team.

Working Pattern

• 7 days on / 2 days off
• 12 days on / 2 days off
• Working patterns and shift allocation will depend on project requirements.

Pay Rates - PAYE

• £14.12 per hour - Standard Rate
• £17.65 per hour - Overtime Rate (after 10 hours)
• £18.78 per hour - Night Rate (7pm-7am)
• £21.18 per hour - Weekend Rate (all weekend hours)

Weekly pay via PAYE. Applicable rates depend on the shift worked and the agreed pay arrangements.

Your Role as a CSCS Cleaner

As a CSCS Cleaner, you will help maintain a clean, safe and hygienic working environment across the site.
