Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Belfast is seeking a motivated individual for a customer service sales role. You will engage with customers, support sales activities and contribute to meeting targets in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service sales, with strong communication skills and a professional demeanour. A flexible schedule and team-oriented approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service sales role.
• Experience in motor trade is desirable but not essential.
• Strong working knowledge of computerised systems such as customer databases.
• Experience of CDK would be beneficial.
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English.
• Be a strong team player who is energised by variety and responsibility.
• Demonstrate a professional and confident approach in dealing with both staff and customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Be attentive to detail.
