Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Belfast is looking for a motivated person to join our customer service sales team, delivering outstanding service throughout the sales journey and helping customers from inquiry to purchase and aftercare.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service sales role, with a good working knowledge of computerised systems and CDK. You will be a strong team player, with excellent communication, attention to detail and a flexible approach to working hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a customer service sales role.
• Experience in motor trade is desirable but not essential.
• Strong working knowledge of computerised systems such as customer databases.
• Experience of CDK would be beneficial.
• Be a strong team player with a professional approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail with a flexible approach to working hours.
