Job summary

Kappa Lab in London (UK) and Dubai (UAE) is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive qualified leads, forge partnerships with exchanges, DeFi projects and institutional partners, and expand the company's footprint.

You will build your own pipeline, monitor DeFi trends, assess on-chain opportunities, and translate partner needs into practical solutions, with ownership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Crypto/Web3 native with an interest in DeFi.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong follow-up discipline and ownership of next steps.
• Senioritiy flexible; crypto-native curiosity and commercial instinct.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and business opportunities.
• Keep track of industry and DeFi trends, key launches.
• Assess on-chain/DeFi business opportunities.
• Provide detailed analysis on opportunities - new exchange deals or market opportunities.
• Develop existing partnerships by understanding partners' needs and devising effective solutions.
• Relay partners' needs to the team to facilitate collaborative solution development.
• Design and discuss product solutions that cater to market demands.
• Expand your professional network by attending industry events and conferences.
