Job summary

Marella Cruises is seeking experienced Ordinary Seamen to join the Marella Discovery 2 during Wet dock. This contract position involves exterior maintenance, deck duties, and assistance with tendering operations.

Joining date is 03rd November with disembarkation on 13th November; candidates must hold valid STCW95 and Schengen visa, and have prior cruise-ship experience. Candidates will report to the Staff Captain and Bosun and must be able to work in English, participate in safety drills, and

Qualifications

• Must hold valid STCW95 certification and appropriate regulatory certificates.
• Experience in exterior maintenance and repair on vessels is required.
• Proficient with tender and rescue boats.
• Experience aboard passenger ships in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior areas and equipment of the vessel.
• Support deck operations during arrivals/departures and cargo handling.
• Assist with tendering and safe boat operations under supervision.
• Maintain disciplined deck watch and ensure safety and compliance.
