Forth Ports Group is seeking a Cruise and Security Coordinator for a 12 month FTC to manage cruise vessel visits across Scottish ports from Rosyth, with occasional travel. The role requires coordinating security, logistics and visitor experience, working with the Cruise and Security Manager and external providers.

Flexibility to support out of hours and weekend visits is needed. You will engage with Asset Managers, Port Operations, security teams and authorities to ensure safe, compliant

Mansioni

• Support the planning and coordination of the full Scottish cruise schedule with Asset Managers and Port Operations teams.
• Support ISPS security requirements across cruise operations, maintaining documentation and participating in drills.
• Liaise with Security Provider, PFSOs/DPFSOs, vessel representatives, shipping agents and authorities for safe, compliant operations.
• Coordinate cruise volunteer and security teams, ensuring briefing and professional conduct.
• Organise and deliver positive visitor experiences, including cultural activities and accessibility arrangements.
• Support contingency planning for adverse weather and visitor comfort.
• Assist with end of season reviews, evaluating performance and improving processes, experiences and security protocols.
• Support monitoring of cruise operations against profit and loss targets, including vessel charging and invoices.
• Assist with promoting Capital Cruising via social media and stakeholder engagement.
• Support plaque exchanges, PR activities and events involving visiting cruise vessels.
