Sanctuary Group is offering a Graduate Development Programme in Worcester with four six‑month rotations across Commercial, Housing & Property and Corporate Services. You will develop commercial skills and contribute to projects that drive business impact.

The programme includes a strong induction, mentoring, and networking with other graduates. The role is 35 hours per week, with a pension, generous leave, and hybrid working.

Qualifikationen

• Graduating in any degree subject, you will be in your final year or recently graduated.
• You will need a 2:1 degree as a minimum.
• Demonstrated potential and focus on building relationships and leadership.

Aufgaben

• Complete four six-month rotational placements across Commercial, Housing & Property and Corporate Services.
• Develops commercial skills while contributing to organisational development.
