Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Worcester offers a Graduate Development Programme in Finance with four six-month rotations to broaden your experience across Transformation, Planning, Treasury, Taxation and Reporting. The role is Worcester-based with hybrid working, 35 hours a week, and a starting salary of £28,500 per annum, rising to £30,000 after Year 1.

• Final year student or recent graduate within past two years.
• 2:1 degree minimum.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in Finance with rotational placements.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Finance with four six-month placements.

• Build relationships across the organisation.
