Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Worcester invites applications for a Graduate Development Programme. Based in Worcester with regional placements, you will complete up to four six-month rotations across Development, including Regeneration, Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Land & Planning and head office functions.

You will graduate in the last two years with at least a 2:1 and bring strong relationship building, problem solving and commercial sense to a commercially-focused social housing organisation.

Qualifications

• Graduating in any degree subject, in final year or within the past two years, with a minimum 2:1.
• Strong personal skills and potential are important for progression.
• Willingness to undertake four six-month rotational placements across Development.

Responsibilities

• Complete up to four six-month rotational placements across our Development business.
• Develop commercial skills and make an active contribution to the organisation.
• Collaborate on projects across Regeneration, Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Land & Planning and Head Office Functions.
