Job summary

Corpay is seeking an Associate Payments Analyst in London to support accurate and timely processing of client payments within our Cross-Border/Alpha division. You will work with senior colleagues across Payments and Treasury to ensure controls and efficient workflows, while developing analytical skills.

The role offers a hybrid work model with progression opportunities, plus training and mentorship from experienced team members in a busy payments environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of experience in payments, finance, treasury, banking operations, or financial services is preferred.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Degree preferred, ideally in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Exposure to FX, Finance, Payments, or Treasury is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, diligent, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with a strong commitment to learning and development.
• Hybrid model with one work-from-home day per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the accurate and timely processing of payment instructions.
• Process incoming and outgoing payments in line with internal procedures.
• Ensure payment activities comply with client requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal controls.
• Develop knowledge across a range of payment workflows and end-to-end processes.
• Collaborate with Treasury Operations, Client Services, and internal stakeholders to support client transactions.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related queries promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external counterparties.
• Escalate payment issues or exceptions as appropriate.
• Own personal development by learning from senior team members.
• Support high standards of service delivery, accuracy, and risk management.
