Confirm is seeking a CRO Manager to own conversion rate optimisation for confirm.com, building a structured, always-on testing and personalisation programme for our Frontline and Scale-Up audiences.
You'll lead end-to-end web conversion journeys, diagnose bottlenecks, run experiments and prove commercial impact to senior stakeholders, reporting to the Head of Digital Performance.

As CRO Manager, you'll take dedicated ownership of conversion rate optimisation across confirm.com, turning the traffic our paid and organic channels generate into sales-ready pipeline. This is a newly created, standalone role where you'll be the specialist voice in the team building a structed, always-on testing and personalisation programme for our core Frontline and Scale-Up audiences.
You'll own the end-to-end web conversion journey, from landing page through to Book a Demo, working closely with Marketing Operations, our website development partners and the wider marketing team to diagnose bottlenecks, run continuous experiments and prove our commercial impact in a way that stands up to scrutiny from senior stakeholders. You'll report directly to Head of Digital Performance.
