Job summary

The Virtual Forge Limited, a UK-based data-driven software development, AI and cloud company, seeks a Chief Revenue Officer to own revenue end-to-end across the UK, Europe and the US. You will report to the founders and sit on the management board, leading sales, bids, partnerships and marketing with a multi-region remit.

Based in Reading or Holt with regular trips to Philadelphia and Lisbon, you will build a revenue engine, price services and align GTM with delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years selling technology services, with leadership at VP/CRO level.
• Experience building multi-region revenue engines (UK/US/EU).
• Proven ability to scale a services or consultancy business.

Responsibilities

• Own global revenue plan, forecast and targets across new business, growth and recurring revenue.
• Lead GTM across UK, Europe and US; hire sellers and launch campaigns on priority accounts.
• Build and lead sales, bids and partnerships; set quotas and comp plans.
• Oversee marketing to ensure demand generation and brand strength.
