Job summary

Erin Associates is recruiting a CRO Analyst to join the Digital & eCommerce team in Lancashire. Based in Lytham St Annes, this role focuses on improving website performance through testing, data analysis and optimisation.

You will lead ongoing CRO programmes, analyse customer behaviour with heatmaps and recordings, and identify testing opportunities. The position offers a clear path to influence product and development decisions within a market-leading retailer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a CRO, eCommerce, Digital Analytics or UX-focused role.
• Hands-on experience using ContentSquare, AB Tasty or similar CRO platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer behaviour and data.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and develop an ongoing CRO programme to improve website conversion performance.

We are working with a market-leading retailer based in Lytham St Annes who are looking to expand their growing Digital & eCommerce team. They are now seeking a CRO Analyst (Conversion Rate Optimisation) to join the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data, user experience and eCommerce, where you'll play a key role in improving website performance through testing, analysis and optimisation.

Core Responsibilities for this CRO Analyst
