Agnew Group is seeking a customer service professional to handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on delivering high-quality service. The role requires a confident, professional approach and the ability to meet targets while using computerised customer databases.

The ideal candidate will work well in a team, communicate clearly, and demonstrate enthusiasm to succeed in a busy environment. Prior experience in a contact centre is beneficial but not essential.

Competenze

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of computerised systems such as customer databases; CDK knowledge advantageous.
• Demonstrate a professional and confident approach when dealing with staff and customers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and a genuine desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Could you give the best service to inbound and outbound customer calls?

The ideal person will have/be:

• Previous experience of a customer service environment.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a busy environment.
• A strong working knowledge of computerised systems such as customer databases (experience of CDK would be advantageous)
• Demonstrate a professional and confident approach in dealing with both staff and customers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and the genuine desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

And if possible (but not essential) have:

• At least 1 year experience of working in either a contact centre or a sales role.
• Previous experience of working in a similar role in the motor trade.
