Qualifications

• Previous experience of a customer service environment.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a busy environment.
• Strong working knowledge of computerised systems such as customer databases (experience of CDK would be advantageous).
• Professional and confident approach in dealing with staff and customers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and the genuine desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• At least 1 year experience of working in either a contact centre or a sales role (desirable).
• Previous experience of working in a similar role in the motor trade (desirable).
