Qualifications

• Experience as CRM Product Owner, Transformation Lead or similar in a complex organisation.
• Strong track record delivering CRM, digital or business transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to establish governance, business processes and operating models across enterprise platforms.
• Solid knowledge of lead management, customer journeys, reporting and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives across BD & Marketing technology platforms.
• Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for platform standardisation and improvement.
• Establish governance frameworks, processes and operating models across multiple interconnected systems.
• Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and improvements.
• Collaborate with BD, Marketing, Technology, Operations and Data teams to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
• Drive improvements in lead management, CRM and reporting capabilities.
• Develop adoption and engagement strategies to maximize business value from investments.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Improve data quality, platform integration, governance and reporting.
