Job summary

Artis Recruitment is recruiting a CRM Manager for a leading UK Law Firm. This hybrid role requires 2 days in the Bristol office and focuses on owning and evolving the CRM platform to drive client engagement and data-led decision making.

You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, Data and Business Development to deliver insights, dashboards and automation, championing best practices and change management throughout the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise CRM platforms in professional services.
• Strong data governance and reporting experience.
• Proven track record in CRM adoption and change management.
• Ability to translate data into commercial insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing development and optimisation of the CRM platform.
• Deliver enhancements, integrations and system improvements with IT and Data teams.
• Ensure data quality, governance and reporting capabilities.
• Develop dashboards, workflows, automation and reporting for business insights.
• Support marketing and business development through effective CRM utilisation.
• Identify opportunities to introduce AI and emerging technologies in CRM.
