Legal 500 is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Bristol-based team. You’ll onboard new customers, drive early adoption and engagement, collaborating with sales across product lines to enable customers to extract value from our data products.

You’ll work with a Bristol-based Account Management and London-based Customer Success team, focusing on cross-functional collaboration and data-driven customer enablement with no financial targets.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in a customer success role.
• Experience in B2B settings.
• Comfort communicating with GTM teams, Senior Lawyers, Sales, Editorial, and Product.
• Process-driven and data-driven approach.

Responsabilités

• Owning onboarding and engagement of the customer journey.
• Liaising between sales, account management and Product to feed insights.
• Enabling customers to get the most out of Legal 500 data products.
• Leading demos, conducting quarterly business reviews and supporting commercial activity with customers.
