Job summary

Ambition, a leading international professional services firm, seeks a Senior CRM Systems Executive to support and develop its CRM and e-marketing systems. You will work within the Client Data & Systems team, administering InterAction, ensuring data quality and enabling effective campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have CRM or marketing systems experience in professional services, with strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Experience administering CRM and/or e-marketing platforms.
• Experience in a professional services environment is desirable.
• InterAction and Vuture experience would be advantageous.

A leading international professional services firm is looking for a Senior CRM Systems Executive to support the effective use and development of its CRM and e-marketing systems.

Working within the Client Data & Systems team, the role will:

• Administer and maintain the InterAction CRM, including access, data quality, archiving, folders and integrations.
• Support CRM data quality and help drive best-practice adoption across the organisation.
• Manage campaigns, mailings, complex searches and reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, business development teams, partners and fee earners.
• Deliver CRM training and create user guidance.
• Lead smaller projects and support wider CRM initiatives, including a major cloud upgrade.
• Work closely with IT to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.

The ideal candidate will have CRM or marketing systems experience within a professional services environment, with experience administering CRM and/or e-marketing platforms. InterAction and Vuture experience would be advantageous.

They will be highly organised, commercially minded and detail-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative, proactive approach and confidence working with senior stakeholders are essential.

Hybrid working: typically 60% office / 40% remote, subject to role requirements and manager approval.

This is a maternity-cover fixed-term contract.
