University of Bath is seeking a CRM Service Owner to lead enterprise CRM initiatives within the Marketing, Communications and External Affairs team. You will own a scalable CRM environment, drive the CRM strategy, and oversee governance to ensure delivery of measurable value across the university.

The role requires strong CRM experience in complex organisations, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with CRM applications in a complex organisation.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate technical concepts into business benefits.
• Experience working with external suppliers and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a stable, scalable CRM environment across the university.
• Define and communicate a clear CRM vision that delivers measurable value.
• Chair the CRM Working Group and shape future CRM solution directions for staff, students and stakeholders.
