Job summary

DPD Group in Smethwick is seeking a Sales and CRM Support Agent to join the Sales and CRM Support Team at our Head Office. You will handle inbound customer calls and emails, issue price requests, and input new sales leads into Salesforce, delivering timely, professional service across customers, CRMs and franchisees.

You'll need strong administrative and customer support experience, excellent organisation, and solid computer literacy with Microsoft and G Suite; Salesforce is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative and customer support roles, preferably in a sales environment.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting with good organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with inbound customer calls & emails professionally and efficiently within agreed SLA’s
• Issuing customer price requests and advising on relevant customs information
• Dealing with new customer account queries and entering new sales leads into Salesforce
• Actioning new account paperwork
• Processing quote amendments
• Taking incoming calls and emails from Sales/CRM/Franchisees and external customers, responding to enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Actioning customer maintenance requests in in-house systems (notifications, delivery actions and exceptions)
• Processing Salesforce request forms and ensuring all relevant departments are notified of changes
• Creating and maintaining customer logins for MyDPD shipping platform
• Dealing with customer stationery requests, checking required volumes in Analytics
