Job summary

DPD is seeking a Sales and CRM Support Agent at its Smethwick Head Office. You will provide exemplary customer support to sales teams and franchisees, handling inquiries, data entry in Salesforce, and account paperwork to keep processes moving smoothly.

You will work in a busy, fast-paced environment with strong focus on accuracy, communication, and timely responses. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 at home is offered.

Qualifications

• CV shows strong administrative and customer support experience.
• Experience in a busy, fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong organisational, customer service and computer literacy skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and G Suite; Salesforce desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails professionally within SLA.
• Issue price requests and advise on customs information.
• Enter new sales leads into Salesforce and manage new accounts.
• Process account paperwork and respond to CRM/franchisee inquiries.
• Manage customer maintenance requests in in-house systems.
• Process Salesforce forms and notify relevant departments.
• Create and maintain MyDPD customer logins.
• Handle stationery requests and check volumes in Analytics.
