Job summary

DPD is seeking a Sales and CRM Support Agent to join the Head Office team in Smethwick. You will provide exceptional customer support to clients and internal stakeholders, handling inquiries, processing leads, and maintaining customer data within Salesforce.

The role is based in Smethwick with hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 from home, permanent contract, and a salary up to £27,955.60 per year, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative and customer support within a sales or similar environment.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and solid computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails professionally within SLA targets.
• Issue price requests and advise on relevant customs information.
• Enter new sales leads into Salesforce and process account paperwork.
• Respond to enquiries from Sales/CRM/Franchisees efficiently and professionally.
• Manage customer maintenance requests in in-house systems and notify relevant teams.
• Process Salesforce forms and create customer logins for MyDPD shipping.
• Assist with customer stationery requests and monitor analytics for required volumes.
