Qualifications

• Ability to produce accurate reports and dashboards using Excel or similar tools.
• Experience analysing data to identify trends and insights informing business activity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality datasets and deliver routine and ad-hoc reporting.
• Support configuration and administration of key data systems and ensure data governance.
• Help stakeholders make better use of data and drive user adoption of CRM tools.
• Support back-end processing of Dynamics to maintain data integrity.
