Crypto Pro Network is looking for a skilled CRM MarTech Manager to enhance our Global CRM team's capabilities. Your role will involve leading the MarTech function by managing essential tools such as the CDP and analytics platforms, and ensuring the execution of sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in managing CDP and CRM tools in a high-growth context, with proven results in driving customer retention and engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and CRM tools in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record using CDP to drive measurable improvements in retention, engagement, and LTV.
• Strong SQL skills to query large datasets and perform analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MarTech function managing tools such as CDP, engagement platform, and analytics.
• Configure and manage CDP connections ensuring high data quality.
