What you’ll be doing

1. Own the execution and optimisation of customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimiser.
2. Execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels to nurture and retain customers.
3. Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives, collaborating with the CRM marketing manager.
4. Build and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify improvements.
5. Contribute to customer segmentation and generate regular performance reports.

1. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with CRM tools and Adobe Journey Optimiser.
2. Basic understanding of customer segmentation, data analysis, and campaign performance metrics.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.

5. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop.

Working hours

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a hybrid work model requiring at least 2 days per week in our office.
