AI Performance Marketer - Paid Ads & Automation

About Rooted Social:

We’re an AI-first growth agency delivering inbound lead systems for clients across finance, SaaS, real estate, and more.

We combine behavioural data, paid ads, and automation to generate high-intent leads that convert.

What You’ll Do:

1. Launch and manage Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns
2. Build and refine AI-powered nurturing flows (email, WhatsApp, SMS)
3. Work with CRM and automation tools (Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, etc.)
4. Analyse campaign data and continuously optimise for conversions
5. Collaborate with strategy and sales teams to align ads and funnels

What We’re Looking For:

1. 2-4 years of experience in paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
2. Proven experience building automations and AI-based bots
3. Comfort with prompt writing, flows, and integrations
4. Solid understanding of CRMs and lead scoring
5. Bonus: background in growth marketing or a startup environment
