Handle Recruitment is seeking a talented CRM Manager for an iconic live entertainment organisation based in London. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will play a vital role in delivering smart, personalised campaigns that connect with audiences across multiple touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver CRM strategies to boost engagement, loyalty, and retention
  • Plan and execute targeted, multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, MMS, app)
  • Utilise tools like Dot Digital to build personalised, data-driven campaigns
  • Create impactful email content using design systems and HTML, optimising performance
  • Analyse customer data to gain insights, segment audiences, and shape strategy
  • Track campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Map and refine customer journeys to improve user experience
  • Present strategies and results to stakeholders and partners
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CRM marketing with results-driven outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-first approach
  • Proficiency in HTML and email design tools
