Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the successful execution of software deployments within the media and entertainment industry. You will oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, coordinate training, and provide technical support for metadata and access control configurations.

Seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully deploying software solutions in a corporate and media environment. This role requires strong client management skills and the ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, to ensure the successful onboarding of teams to new systems.

Experience with metadata schema configuration, training and development, and familiarity with work management tools such as ADO (Azure DevOps) are essential. Experience working in the media and entertainment industry, particularly with digital media services and content management is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
2. Act as a client liaison, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
3. Support technical deployment and metadata schema enhancements.
4. Coordinate training sessions for end-users and administrators.
5. Provide documentation and reporting for project transparency.

Skills & Experience:

1. Strong project management expertise (Agile, Scrum).
2. Experience with SaaS architectures, cloud storage, and database management.
3. Knowledge of metadata, access control, and reporting tools (Power BI, ADO).
4. Industry experience in media, content management, or digital media services is essential.
