Forward Role are working with an established subscription business to recruit a CRM Manager to join a growing marketing team of 10 and support a CRM Executive.

With the autonomy and freedom to try new things, you can really make this role your own!

The role:

• Create and apply omni-channel strategies to increase both subscription growth and engagement.
• Utilise systems, data and the connected business infrastructure to provide the best end to end user experience for the subscriber’s lifetime user journey.
• Constantly test improvement opportunities to deliver a personalised experience for subscribers.
• Contribute to the main commercial targets across subscription sales, upgrades and renewals.
• Line management of a CRM Executive

What you will need:

• Proven experience in a CRM Marketing related role
• Experience working with CRM platforms in a marketing capacity
• Ability to build, manage and report on CRM marketing campaigns
• Strong knowledge CRM channels & digital marketing, performance reporting and analytical platforms
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Resilient and likes change and challenges
• Critical and creative thinker, able to solve problems and recognize opportunities
• Looks for opportunities to constantly learn and develop
