Job Title: CRM Manager @ Fast-Growing Sports-Tech Brand
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
A fast-growing sports-tech brand is looking for a CRM Manager to own and lead their audience end-to-end, turning app downloads, sign-ups and customers into engaged, paying customers.
The business uses AI-powered coaching technology to help everyday athletes improve at their sport, and has built a large, loyal community over the last few years. They’re now launching an exciting new lower-cost product tier that’s set to bring a huge wave of new users into the funnel, making CRM one of the most important channels in the business.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role reporting directly into the Performance Marketing Lead, with real impact tracked at leadership level. You’ll own the channel from acquisition through to purchase - email, in-app and push - plus supporting content like blog posts and landing pages.
This role is only right for someone who genuinely loves skiing. A background as an instructor, a season worked on the mountain, or a deep personal passion for the sport is essential - it matters as much as your CRM experience.
