Job summary

Quince in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM Lifecycle + Journeys to own all triggered flows across UK, DE, and FR. You will build the automation engine that runs Quince's retention programme—from the welcome series at launch to the win-back flow for a French customer six months later.

Qualifications

• 6+ years lifecycle/CRM marketing in DTC or ecommerce.
• Hands-on with Iterable (or comparable ESP) and built flows.
• Hands-on with a CDP (Segment, mParticle, etc.) and identity resolution.
• Experience shipping AI agents or LLM workflows in marketing.
• SQL proficiency and looker/bigquery familiarity.
• Knowledge of UK/EU privacy law (GDPR/PECR).
• Attention to edge cases in triggered flows.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and own every triggered lifecycle flow for UK/DE/FR.
• Partner with MarTech to ship AI agents and tooling.
• Collaborate with Data to run a run a robust testing roadmap.
• Build channel-cost decision logic per market.
• Localise flow content with freelance copywriters EN-UK, DE, FR.
• Maintain CDP quality across UK/EU: data model, integrations, data hygiene.
