Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Leadership for major briefs and planning requirements across client portfolio.
• Drive client satisfaction and growth, achieving strong Vantage scores.
• Oversee a dedicated client management team and collaborate with strategists, analysts and tech leads.
• Guide Talent and Operations, ensuring agile ways of working and optimal resource allocation.
• Manage Commercial & Financial Governance: budgets, reforecasting, scope of work.
• Coordinate with Global Capabilities and offshore teams as needed.
• Identify Growth Opportunities across the account.
• Foster strong collaboration with media, creative and specialist partners.
