Job summary

VML, a global creative company, is seeking a Senior CRM Strategist in London to shape CRM strategy across connected journeys for major automotive accounts. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, from brief through to activation across web, CRM and retail touchpoints.

You will partner with Client Services, Creative and Data teams to drive performance, develop strategic briefs, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to pitches and new business in a truly collaborative

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CRM Strategist in an agency environment.
• Experience across brand to lifecycle CRM and web experiences.
• Ability to translate data and customer insights into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction from brief to creative development and measurement.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable CRM journeys across channels.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Creative and Data teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Present strategic thinking to clients and internal stakeholders at multiple levels.
