Job summary

RS Group seeks an experienced CRM Developer to design, develop and support Salesforce CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud. You will build scalable integrations, ensure data governance and deliver a unified Customer 360 view.

Working remotely within the UK, you will collaborate with architects, product owners and engineers, implementing CI/CD pipelines, security controls and GDPR compliance to drive reliable performance and evolution of the CRM

Qualifications

• Salesforce Developer Certification (PD2) and proven design, develop and support of Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud with data governance.
• Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL and platform automation skills.
• Experience with Data Cloud, CDP and MDM, including Customer 360 use cases.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems via APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Solid SQL, data modelling, warehousing and ETL/ELT concepts; JavaScript proficiency.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, GDPR, CI/CD and release management using GitHub/GitLab/Copado.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions with Sales/Service/Experience/Data Cloud.
• Configure and customise Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Flows, Validation Rules, and metadata.
• Develop scalable integrations between Salesforce and ERP, Informatica, MDMS and external apps via REST/SOAP.
• Support Customer 360 initiatives and master data management.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs; ensure data quality and performance in production.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and engineers; ensure security and governance.
• Create technical docs and support deployment activities; monitor and tune platform performance.
