Job summary

InteliSense IT Limited in Wolverhampton is seeking an apprentice to help shape CRM and customer engagement processes. You will learn to capture requirements, assist CRM configuration, testing, and create adoption materials.

Work closely with consultants on workshops, documenting decisions, tracking actions, and supporting training. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) within an apprenticeship program.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales support or admin experience.
• Student in marketing/business/IT fields.
• Experience with CRM or case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Capture sales, service and marketing requirements.
• Support CRM configuration and testing.
• Help prepare training and adoption content.
• Track decisions, issues and next actions clearly.
• Shadow consultants on workshops and calls; assist testing.
• Document configuration and test results.
