Qualifications

• Building or troubleshooting software, apps or scripts.
• Studying computer science, IT or a technical subject.
• Supporting users or systems in a previous role.
• An interest in Microsoft business applications and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supporting configuration, customisation and technical testing
• Documenting technical designs, steps and support notes
• Helping investigate issues and reproduce bugs
• Keeping development environments and source control tidy
• Dynamics 365 configuration and customisation
• Azure and Microsoft 365 technical foundations
• Testing, debugging and support handover
