Job summary

InteliSense IT Limited in Wolverhampton is seeking an apprentice to help shape CRM and customer engagement processes. You will learn to capture requirements, assist CRM configuration, testing, and create adoption materials.

Work closely with consultants on workshops, documenting decisions, tracking actions, and supporting training. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) within an apprenticeship program.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales support or admin experience.
• Student in marketing/business/IT fields.
• Experience with CRM or case management systems.

Responsibilities

Customer engagement systems only work when the people using them trust the data and the process. We are growing consultants who understand the customer journey before they configure the platform.
