Job summary

InteliSense IT Limited in Wolverhampton is offering an apprenticeship to begin a technical career configuring, integrating and supporting enterprise Microsoft platforms.

You will pair with experienced engineers, learn our standards, and contribute to configuration, testing and documentation while building hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 in a hybrid work setup.

Begin a technical career learning how enterprise Microsoft platforms are configured, integrated, extended and supported in live customer environments.

Every successful implementation needs people who can understand a system, follow standards and fix things carefully. We are growing technical consultants who learn by doing, supported by experienced engineers.

What you will own

• Supporting configuration, customisation and technical testing
• Documenting technical designs, steps and support notes
• Helping investigate issues and reproduce bugs
• Keeping development environments and source control tidy

• Integration and data migration support
• Azure and Microsoft 365 technical foundations
• Testing, debugging and support handover

• You can follow a process and spot when it breaks
• You document what you did so someone else can pick it up
