The CBSO is seeking a Development & Marketing Officer to support audience engagement, fundraising and marketing activity. You will act as the operational hub for the Development & Marketing teams, leading on CRM processes, membership administration and donor administration.

You will help ensure accurate management of supporter data, membership records and fundraising activity, enabling colleagues to focus on strategic relationship management and communications.
