Job summary

Allen Lane Limited is supporting a Not-for-profit in the cultural sector on a major transformation programme. The work spans implementing Salesforce as the core CRM and designing a central data repository.

The Programme Manager will lead these connected initiatives, coordinating scope, dependencies and benefits, and partnering with SMT, technology and data teams, and external suppliers to deliver the programme by February 2027.

Qualifications

• Proven programme management experience across complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience delivering CRM programmes, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience delivering data repository projects and data governance basics.
• Not-for-profit sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated leadership across both CRM and data projects.
• Maintain single view of scope, dependencies, resources, risks, decisions, and benefits.
• Collaborate with SMT, user departments, technology and data teams, and suppliers.
• Manage transition and embed sustainable ways of working.
