Macmillan Cancer Support is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the CRM Transformation workstreams within the CIM programme. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, oversee CRM delivery, data migration and integrations, and report to senior stakeholders on progress and risks.

The role expects strong leadership in technology-enabled transformation, collaboration with partners, and a clear focus on business outcomes and user adoption in a hybrid London setting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex multi-year technology-enabled transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of CRM delivery and CRM implementations.
• Experience with CRM lifecycles: requirements, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, deployment, adoption.
• Experience working with technical teams and delivery partners to assess risks and dependencies.
• Experience managing CRM vendors or implementation partners.
• Programme management expertise with MSP, Agile and/or Waterfall.
• Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders with diplomacy.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and delivery of assigned workstreams within the CIM transformation.
• Govern resources, timescales, risks, and dependencies across CRM delivery.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, implementation partners and suppliers.
• Provide governance reporting to Programme Boards and senior stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and realise benefits from CRM platform changes.
