Job summary

Aggreko plc in Cannock is seeking a CRM Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract to maintain data quality and support targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring GDPR compliance and accurate Salesforce records.

You will work in a flexible hybrid model, spending three days in the Cannock office and two days remote, contributing to data governance, campaign preparation, and performance reporting. This role offers exposure to marketing operations and data management across a global business.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM administration, data management or data cleansing, ideally within Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with large datasets.
• Familiarity with GDPR principles and data governance best practices.
• Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Experience supporting email marketing campaigns and analysing campaign results.

Responsibilities

• Own the stewardship, quality, and governance of customer data within Salesforce, ensuring records remain accurate and GDPR compliant.
• Extract, cleanse, validate, and maintain large volumes of CRM data to support business and marketing activities.
• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including data preparation, personalisation checks, link testing, and deployment.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including opens, clicks, engagement, and unsubscribe rates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to promote best practice data management across the business.
