An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a major international business as a CRM Coordinator, supporting the quality, accuracy and integrity of customer data across the organisation.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract where the key focus will be data cleansing, validation, CRM governance and driving best practice around data quality.
Previous Salesforce experience is essential. We're looking for someone who understands CRM data, can confidently work with large datasets and can hit the ground running.
The Role
Working closely with Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders, you'll take responsibility for maintaining accurate, relevant and compliant customer information within Salesforce.

We're looking for somebody who is highly organised, methodical and genuinely enjoys working with data.
Salesforce experience is essential for this position, as you'll need to quickly become effective within an established CRM environment.
You’ll ideally have experience within CRM administration, data cleansing, data quality, database management or a similar data-focused position.
You’ll also need:
Experience supporting CRM-driven marketing or email campaigns would be advantageous but isn't essential.
